Slightly sweet, with aromas of mango, honeydew and key lime pie with medium acid that gives an incredibly long medium body finish. Riesling is the most versatile food wine. Its balance of intense acidity, minerality and fruit makes it easy to pair with any meal.

Try pairing with asiago, gorgonzola or gouda cheeses. For dinner, pair with chicken, shellfish, grilled fruits or savory pork dishes. 
Best served around 45-50°F

Highly Recommend Mano’s Riesling
