We’re a small, creative team based in Kansas City’s Crossroads district, and we specialize in custom-designed wine bottles that are deep-etched and hand-painted. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Designer who enjoys bringing customer ideas to life and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Designer, you’ll play a key role in transforming customer-submitted and new product artwork into polished, production-ready files. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every design meets both creative and technical standards.
- Prepare and convert customer artwork into production-ready files
- Manipulate, clean up, or recreate artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Create realistic mockups of designs on wine bottles for customer approval
- Set up and prepare files for printing and production
- Apply strong judgment in assembling final artwork based on product specs and production requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in a production design or graphic design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Associate’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Ability to interpret customer artwork and translate it into high-quality final designs
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
