Mano's Wine FAQs for Ordering Products, Shipping, Returns, Custom Orders, & Mano's Rewards Program

What is the turnaround time?

The bottles in our etched collection are deep etched and hand-painted by talented artisans. Production time is typically 10-14 business days on etched and custom orders but it may vary due to volume of orders. We appreciate your order & patience while we hand craft your bottles!

How will my order be presented?

All of our etched wine bottles come inside a custom recyclable shipper to protect your wine during shipping. Check out our accessories page to view additional accessory options.

Why is the shipping charge $16.95?

Shipping alcohol requires us to obtain an adult signature at delivery. The shipping costs are a little higher than your average online order due to many alcohol policies that are legally out of our control. We do our best to keep it as low as possible! We off set this cost by making it a flat rate amount so shipping will not go up for ordering more bottles – add on an extra gift for each loved one in your life and maybe one for yourself! 

What is your Shipping Policy?

The Customer is responsible for having an adult, 21+ years of age or older, available to sign for & accept the shipment. Please send your wine to a home or business address where an individual at least 21 years of age is available during regular business hours to sign. By law, all alcohol orders require an adult signature for delivery. FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts and it is the responsibility of the Customer to make alternate arrangements if necessary. After 3 attempts, your package will be sent back to Mano’s Shipping Department. You will then be notified if you would like the package sent back to you. The customer is responsible for return shipment charges. See our shipping policy here.

Where can I ship my order?

We can ship to most locations in the United States. Each state has its own unique laws about liquor and there are a couple of states where alcohol cannot be shipped. States we cannot ship to: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Mississippi, South Dakota & Utah. You will be notified when ordering if a state you've selected is one of those places.

Can an item be returned?

Custom Bottles: We cannot accept returns on custom bottles once your order is submitted. Note that after submitting your order you are confirming that all spelling and text entered is correct & approved. Other Issues: If your bottle is damaged or an error has been made, please contact customer service via the contact page or orders@manosinc.com *within 30 days of item receipt.*

Why custom etched wine?

Our custom etched wine is a true work of art that is sure to be enjoyed and remembered by any recipient. Each bottle is carefully deep-etched and hand-painted on outstanding wine - the quality of the art and wine are second to none. Custom etched wine bottles are the perfect corporate gift or personal gift - clients, friends, employees and friends will have this keepsake even after the wine is gone.

What can be customized on the wine bottle?

If the idea exists - we can put it on a wine bottle. City skylines, corporate logos, names, dates & more! We cannot etch any logo that we aren't licensed with. Check out our sports teams to see what teams/schools are currently available. Please note that trademarked or licensed images, quotes, lyrics, etc. cannot be used. What is my selection of wines?

We make sure all of our wine is delicious - each variety is carefully selected and perfected. You can see all of our Tasting Room Collection here.

Why can't you ship in cold weather?

Wine can be damaged by freezing temperatures during transit. If wine gets too cold, it may freeze, which can push out the cork, break the seal, or negatively affect the wine’s quality. Because shipping trucks and warehouses are not temperature controlled, we pause shipments during extreme cold to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping will resume once temperatures are safe for transit.

What is the Mano's Rewards program?

Mano's Wine has launched our official Mano's Rewards program! This is a program where customers earn points and redeem for offers. Mano's Rewards program is free to join and is free to be a member.

How do I earn points?

Members can earn points for signing up, making purchases, and taking specific actions. Mano's Rewards members earn 5 points for every $1 spent on manoswine.com.

Members can also earn points for celebrating their birthday with us, writing a product review, and following and sharing about us on social media. Mano's Wine may introduce new ways for members to earn points and redeem points for offers in the future.

How can I redeem points for offers?

There are multiple ways to redeem points for various offers in the Mano's Rewards program. Redeem points for dollars off your order, getting a free product, or get free shipping at different amounts of points.

What are the Mano's Rewards VIP tiers?

We have three VIP tiers in the Mano's Rewards program: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. When members continue to order our quality handcrafted wines and products, they can achieve a higher VIP tier.

Bronze is our entry-level VIP tier where any new member can join with no points earned. Bronze VIP tier members can redeem points for various offers like dollars off and free Mystery Wine.

Members need to accumulate at least 5,000 points to reach the Silver VIP tier. Silver tier members can redeem points for dollars off, free products, free shipping, and exclusive notice when new products launch.

Members need to accumulate at least 10,000 points to reach the Gold VIP tier. Gold tier members can redeem points for offers in the Silver VIP tier, plus a free quarterly wine gift, a wine gift for the next holiday season, and a free 3L etched bottle of Mano's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon wine.

Visit the Mano's Rewards Loyalty Hub in your customer account page to view points balance, rewards you can redeem for amount of points, and orders you've placed with us. Mano’s Wine will add new perks that can be redeemed for points in each of the VIP tiers.

How can I refer a friend to sign up for Mano's Rewards?

Referring a friend to join and become a Mano's Rewards member is free, easy to do, and you both get rewarded! You get $10 off your next order and so does your friend!

Where can I view my points balance?

View your points balance by visiting the Mano's Rewards Loyalty Hub in your customer account page. In this hub you’ll see your points balance, ways to earn more points, ways to redeem more points, and referring a friend to become a free Mano’s Rewards member.
