I ordered two of these engraved bottles for two different occasions; a wedding and an 80th birthday. Both orders were completed with great satisfaction. I did have some problems with one order (my fault due to using words that were not accepted- ' 1943 vintage' and another wine term. I was describing the person , not the wine but that was not acceptable. Other than the delay that this caused everything was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company and their products.
