The process was simple, the gift arrived well packaged and it was absolutely loved by the recipient. I love these and think they are well worth the money! My only note was that the processing and time to get to shipping took a while. In a day when everything else we order online ships within a day and arrives within a few days, a update email regarding the order being in process would have been great!
